What happens after I submit the Album Request Form?
After you submit your Album Request Form, you'll receive an email from me (Coralee) with instructions to connect your social media and photo storage accounts. We currently work with Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, iCloud, and Google+.
We'll also ask you to submit a $50 deposit before design work begins, to be applied to the final cost of your order.
How long will it take to design my album?
You'll receive your album in 2-4 weeks depending on the album length and quality level you choose.
Once your deposit is received and your accounts are connected, my design team and I will begin creating your album. Designs are completed within 1-2 weeks depending on the length. You will receive an email once your design is complete to preview it and make any edit requests.
Once you approve your album design it will be sent to print. Signature albums typically arrive within 5 days after being sent to print. Heirloom and Legacy albums involve more handcrafting and so take a little longer, usually arriving within 2 weeks after being sent to print.
What do I get for the $50 deposit? What happens if I change my mind after paying it?
Your album will be a custom, personalized design that is handcrafted by manufacturers in the USA. The $50 deposit is fully applied towards your total purchase cost.
The deposit is required for two reasons - (1) my designers and I start working on your album right away, and before we spend time on your album we want to know that you are committed to the purchase, and (2) we find the deposit motivates clients to review and approve their album designs quickly.
If you change your mind after paying the deposit and no work has begun, then I will fully refund it. If you change your mind after design work has begun, then the deposit is non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the final design for any reason, I will not rest until you are 100% happy with your purchase.
What are the shipping costs?
All prices include standard shipping costs (no surprises at checkout). Rush shipping is available for an additional fee if you need your album in a hurry.
Can I connect both my husband and my social media accounts?
Yes, you can connect both your and your husband's social media or photo storage accounts. Instructions on how to connect are on our Connect Your Accounts page.
Where are the albums sent to print?
All of our albums are printed and bound in the U.S. by top-quality print houses.
